Stephanie Vangsness received her bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., and completed her master's degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons College, Boston, Mass. She is a graduate of the dietetic internship program at Boston's Brigham and Women's Hospital. Stephanie is a Senior Clinical Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrated Therapies, where she specializes in the nutritional care of cancer patients. Her areas of expertise include counseling patients and families about complementary and integrative modalities. Stephanie is a sought after public speaker, frequently presenting educational seminars on nutrition and cancer and integrative medicine and nutrition.
