Alan Tauber, Director of Boston area's DrumConnection, has been playing and teaching the drum for over 40 years. Studying with masters like Mamady Keita, Famoudou Konate, Ibrahima Camara, Gerdes Fleurant, John Amira, M'Bemba Bangoura, and Babatunde Olatunji, from West Africa, Haiti, Cuba, and Brazil, he has honed his skills as a soloist and expert teacher. He brings his talents as an energetic and motivational instructor to students of all ages, in group classes, workshops, and private lessons.
